Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Anyone caught in violation of the alcoholic beverages policy will be asked to leave the premises. All vehicles with be subject to search upon entry to the grounds. Anyone thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substance will not be permitted on the grounds. Violations by any driver or crew member will result in disqualification and removal from the grounds.   • GENERAL:

    1. ALL AIRBAGS MUST BE REMOVED, CHECK FOR THEM ALL IN THE STEERING WHEEL, PASSENGER DASH, RH AND LH ROOF RH AND LH LOWER DASH, AND SEATS. ALL CARS MUST BE COMPLETELY STRIPPED UPON ARRIVAL. NO LOOSE PIECES, BROKEN GLASS, OR TRASH LEFT IN VEHICLES.

    2. NO AMBULANCES, NO TRUCKS, OR TRUCK FRAMES. PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT CAR CHOICE.

    3. THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ANY FRONT-WHEEL DRIVE CAR 4 OR 6 CYL WITH A WHEELBASE OF 108” OR LESS, OR ANY REAR-WHEEL DRIVE 4 OR 6 CYL CAR 105” WHEELBASE OR LESS.

    4. ALL CARS MUST HAVE A SLOGAN OR NUMBER DISPLAYED DOWN BOTH SIDES LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE ANNOUNCER TO SEE. A ROOF SIGN IS ALSO RECOMMENDED.

    5. STOCK MEANS STOCK. ALL CARS ARE CONSIDERED STOCK EXCEPT ANYTHING SPECIFIED IN THESE RULES. ALL RUST OR ROT REPAIRS MUST BE OK’ED BY THE HEAD TECH/OFFICIAL.

    6. ALL OFFICIALS’ DECISIONS WILL BE THE FINAL SAY.

    7. ALL CARS MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS UPON ARRIVAL TO TRACK. ALL GLASS, CHROME TRIM, DOOR HANDLES, AND TRIM MUST BE REMOVED.

    8. NO RE-STUBBING OR PIECING MULTIPLE FRAMES TOGETHER. ALL FRAMES, FRAME PARTS, AND CROSSMEMBERS MUST BE OEM.

    9. ALL INTERIOR REAR SEATS AND TRIM MUST BE REMOVED. ALL REAR INTERIORS AND SEATING OF STATION WAGONS MUST BE REMOVED.

    CAGES:

    1. A 4-point cage will be allowed – for driver protection only! Anything in excess will be forced to be cut or loaded at judge’s discretion.

    2. HALO/ROLLOVER BAR MUST COME STRAIGHT UP FROM SEAT BAR.

    3. Cage must be 5 inches from the floor and firewall at any point. CAGE BARS UP TO 4X4 AND NO SMALLER THAN 2X2 TUBING. SIDEBARS CAN BE UP TO 6-INCH C CHANNEL.

    4. Simply tank protector allowed, off the back bar only must be 8 inches from any sheet metal, keep it tight to the tank, do NOT ABUSE THIS rule or we will take it away. Any questions feel free to contact us.

    BODY AND FRAME:

    1. ALL BODY MOUNTS MUST REMAIN IN STOCK LOCATIONS. If OEM body mounts are used, the portion of the OEM mount between the frame and body cannot be altered including the metal cone inside of the rubber mount. If you chose to replace OEM body mounts, the OEM mounts may only be substituted with an actual rubber hockey puck (no homemade plastic or metal spacers allowed). They must be positioned in the original location and with the same intent as the factory installs them, but bolts may travel through the top of the floor. Body mount bolts may be replaced max allowable size with be 5/8” and max length is 8”. A washer, no larger than ¼” x 4” x 4”, may be placed on the top (inside car where bolt sticks through floor) and bottom of body mount bolts inside of frame. No welding washers to car body or frame. Do not add or relocate and body mounts and/or bolts. K-member and subframe mounts will be considered body mounts. Maximum size of k-member or subframe bolts permitted is the OEM size for that vehicle. Compact cars with subframes and full size subframe and pinch-frame cars may replace OEM mounts with hockey pucks. There must be a 1” space in between the frame and the body, DO NOT MODIFY THE HOCKEY PUCKS IN ANY WAY.

    2. DRIVERS DOOR MAY BE WELDED SOLID WITH 3’’ BY ¼ FLAT PLATE, YOU MAY ALSO PLATE THE OUTSIDE OF THE DRIVERS DOOR WITH ¼ STEEL 12 INCHES WIDE DOWN THE CENTER OR A PIECE OF C-CHANNEL 8 INCHES BY ¼ THIS CAN ONLY EXTEND 4 INCHES ONTO FRONT FENDER AND 4 INCHES PAST REAR DOOR SEAM.

    3. THE REMAINING DOORS CAN BE WELDED 4 SPOTS PER VERTICAL SEAM 3” BY ¼ PLATE OR WIRED/CHAINED IN 4 SPOTS PER VERTICAL SEAM ONLY ONE OF THESE OPTIONS CAN BE USED.

    4. TRUNK CAN BE WELDED 2 SPOTS ON EACH OUTER SEAM 3” BY ¼ FLAT PLATE, OR WIRED/CHAINED IN 4 SPOTS, NO COMBINATION OF THESE OPTIONS. TAILGATES ON WAGONS CAN BE WELDED 2 SPOTS PER SIDE ON THE VERTICAL SEAM WITH 3” BY ¼ PLATE, OR 4 SPOTS WITH 9 WIRE/CHAIN. 3 NO MORE STRANDS OF WIRE PER HOLE.

    5. TRUNK CAN BE TUCKED AT A 90. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 8” X 8” HOLE CUT FOR INSPECTION. NO MORE THAN 6 3/8 BOLTS WITH 1-INCH WASHERS PER HOLE.

    6. QUARTER PANELS CAN BE CREASED FROM C-PILLAR BACK. QUARTERS MUST REMAIN VERTICAL ABSOLUTELY NO WEDGING THE REAR OF THE CAR. YOU CAN PRE-BEND THE REAR TO HELP THE CAR TO BEND UP.

    7. YOU CAN RUN A SINGLE FRONT WINDOW BAR 3’’ FLAT STEEL OR 3/8 CHAIN BOLTED TO THE ROOF AND COWL AREA.

    8. No frame welding allowed.

    HOOD: 1. Hood must have at least a 10” X 10” hole on each side of the air cleaner for fire personnel; Hood/Trunk cutout bolts may be used. Max. 6 per hole, no larger than 3/8” bolts and 1¼” inch washers. If you are using engine driven plastic fan, the hood must cover the fan and extend 6” past the fan blade. Hood may be secured in (1) four spots with a 3/8” chain (2) four spots with three strands of #9 wire or (3) four pieces of no more than 2” angle iron no longer than 2” in length with one 3/8” bolt may be used. Any place a bolt passes through a tie-down is considered one spot.

    2. All hoods MUST open on stock hinges or be removed completely for inspection regardless of cutout size. You cannot weld the hood directly to the car.

    GAS TANKS:

    1. ORIGINAL GAS TANKS MUST BE REMOVED COMPLETELY or in compacts if the tank is in front of the rear axle it may be utilized. If the stock tank is used it must be chained, wired, or cabled in 2 places to avoid the tank strap failure. Fuel cells or approved marine-style tanks are recommended. Tanks must have secure leak-proof fittings.

    2. Tanks must be located behind the front seat and must be securely fastened with chains, bolts, or both. ZIP SCREWS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. if you choose to use a frame for the purpose of mounting your gas tank, it may either be mounted to the seat bar OR bolted to the floor sheet metal, not both. All gas tank frames/mounts may be no wider than 24”

    3. You may run an electric fuel pump, but it must have a kill switch that is clearly marked. Please use fittings or good hose clamps and make sure they are tight.

    BRAKES & STEERING:

    1. A working hydraulic brake system is required. You must exhibit the ability to stop. Anyone losing their brakes during an event will be disqualified.

    2. Steering may be altered from the steering box to the steering wheel.

    WHEELS AND TIRES:

    1. No Studded tires allowed. No water or concrete-filled tires are allowed. Any rubber tire allowed, any ply rating.

    2. Small 1/4 inch multi-lug centers allowed, no bead stiffeners or bead locks allowed. No full centers. Small solid forklift tires allowed on the rear of front wheel drive compacts.

    BUMPERS:

    1. Any OEM car bumper allowed. The bumper can be seam welded and loaded inside. Bumper ends can be trimmed or bent in.

    2. Homemade bumper allowed on the front of the car. 8” x 8” max size. You will be allowed to put a point on the front of the bumper with a max depth of 4” carried across 32”. The bumper cannot be any wider than the center of the tires and the ends must be capped - no jagged edges. The back of the bumper CANNOT go further back than the front of the FACTORY body mounts. You can use two 3” x 3” ¼ plates per frame rail to help hold the bumper on. Will be measured 3” off the back of the bumper anything longer will be removed completely. Absolutely nothing else can be added. If you remove it you can not add it back on in a different location to strengthen the car.

    3. Only 1 rear bumper allowed OEM or 3” x 6” 3/16 tube. Must be bolted or welded on the factory location/mount.

    4. Front bumper can be welded directly to the end of the frame, you can shorten the frame rail to the front edge of the k frame. It can not be mounted over or in any way affect the front k frame mount. The back of the bumper CANNOT go further back than the front of the FACTORY body mounts.

    5. If hard-nosing the front bumper, you cannot use any bumper shocks inside the frame rail.

    6. All bumpers MUST have two chains (max of 3/8”) or two spots of 9-wire (max of two strands) from bumper to sheet metal. You may weld the chain to the bumper and to the frame, one link only on each, and welds cannot cover existing frame holes or be further back than 3” on the frame (this is strictly to help hold the bumper in place - if this is determined to be used as an advantage, you will be removing it). If they pass through the hood, they will not count toward your total hood or trunk tie-downs. No more than TWO may pass thru the trunk, hood, core support, or any other sheet metal. No welding bumpers to bodies.

    7. Max bumper height from the bottom of the bumper is 22 inches and the minimum height to the bottom of the bumper is 15 inches

    ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION:

    1. Engine and transmissions may be swapped between makes. Do not strengthen frames or cross-members with mounts. Motor mounts may be bolted or welded to cross member ONLY. One engine chain per side may be used the max length of 18” or closed loops no bigger than 3/8 chain, bolted to existing factory hole, or wrapped around cross member only. Motor chains MUST go to the engine cross member, straight DOWN, and only ONE LINK can be welded to the cross member. Factory-style transmission cross members must be used.

    2. You may weld the factory engine and transmission mount, do not try to reinforce the frame or body in any way you will cut it.

    3. Aftermarket shifters, gas pedals, ignition switches, transmission coolers, electric fans, and throttle linkages are allowed. Transmission braces are NOT allowed. DO NOT use full plates under the floor, attached any accessories to the frame, or strengthen the car in any way with them.

    4. Water only in the cooling system. Please drain antifreeze prior to arrival at the track. Any cooling system must be wired or bolted with no welding. Water boxes may be used. Water box size will be limited to 28” x 31” and must be BOLTED in with no more than four 3/8” bolts using 1¼” inch washers.

    5. Aftermarket upright header will be allowed, header protector allowed but can only attach to the header if attached to anything else will be removed or cut.

    FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION:

    1. Front and rear shocks or struts must be stock, no modified “stock appearing” struts.

    2. Stock tie-rods but can reinforce with ½ rebar, or sleeved with ¾ pipe.

    3. Strut can be welded for height with a bead around the shaft. You can use the strut spacers on top of the strut.

    4. All suspension parts must be from a car. No truck parts.

    5. All ball joints and tie rod ends must be OEM.

    6. All rear suspension arms must be stock OEM nothing reinforced.

    2. This class is open to any FWD or RWD V8, V6, FWD V6 over 108 wheelbases will run full-size. (Other than what’s listed).

    3. All cars must have a number or slogan displayed on each side of the vehicle large enough for the announcer to see from the stage. A roof sign is also recommended.

    4. Stock means stock, all cars are considered stock except anything specified in these rules. All rust/rot repair must be ok’d by a head official.

    5. All official decisions will be the final say.

    6. No re-stubbing or piecing multiple frames together. All frames, frame parts and frame crossmembers must be oem. Absolutely no frame seam welding.

    7. All cars must be clean and free of debris upon arrival to the track. All glass, chrome trim, door handles and trim must be removed. All trailer hitches must be removed.

    8. Welding of doors is allowed but not mandatory. The drivers door may be fully welded, remaining doors may have three 3x3 1/4 plates welded on the vertical seams. If you choose to chain or wire you are allowed 4 spots per door.

    9. Move the battery to the passenger side floorboard or front seat area. No milk crates, no zip ties, and no zip screws can be used. Metal Battery box, BOLTED to the floor. 2 battery’s allowed.

    10. Move gas tank. (Make sure its secure, no zip Screws)

    11. Aftermarket shifters allowed, homemade shifters allowed.

    12. Any air-filled rubber tire allowed, no solid tires, you can run a small multi-lug wheel center 1/4 thick.

    13. Transmission cooler (fan or ice) will be allowed and must be secured and must have hydraulic lines. No rubber gas lines and hose clamps.

    14. Aftermarket pedal combo allowed, bolted to floor only. Do not attach to the frame. All cars must have working brakes.

    15. BUMPER OPTIONS. Any OEM car bumper can be used. May be seam welded and stuffed, no sharp/jagged edges. Rear bumper can be homemade 3’’X6’’ 3/16 must be flat no pointy rear bumper. There are some OEM replica rear bumpers if you want to go this route it must ok’d before running.
      15 B. Homemade bumper is allowed. Bumper can be a maximum of 8inX8in with a 4in point over 32in this must be centered. Bumper can be as wide as the center of the front tires. Any part of the bumper that measures larger than the specified dimensions will have to cut it.

    16. Bumper mounting: You may hardnose the bumper to the front face of the frame. Bumper cannot slide over the frame rails in any way or be built around the frame rails. You can use a 6inX6in ¼ thick plate between the bumper and frame rail to mount the bumper. We will all 2 3’’X6” 1/4 plates per side to attach the bumper to the frame. 6 inches will be measured from the backing of the bumper if abused you will be required to remove the whole plate. The bumper can be welded on or bolted with 4 1/2 bolts per side. Absolutely nothing in the frame rail. No added bumper shocks
      16 B. You can compress the factory shock and weld it so it won’t extend and weld the bumper to the factory bumper plate.
      16 C. Cars with a bumper shock/bracket on the outside of the frame must be bolted in a factory hole.

    17. Front Frame can be shortened but cannot be any shorter than in front of the radiator support mount or 20in from front of spring bucket for those without a welded on core support mount.

    18. FRONT AND REAR bumper must have 9 wire or chain in two locations thru sheet metal (core support or hood) to hold them on. It may go to the frame but must go thru an existing hole or a factory bolt. DO NOT WELD THE CHAIN. Chain cannot be larger than 3/8” and no more than 3 strands of 9 wire.

    19. You can chain or bolt front suspension for height. 1 chain link per side welded to the frame. Chain can be no larger than 3/8. Bolt may have 2X2 1/4 washer no larger than a 1/2 bolt. You can swap out upper arms and spindles between manufacturers. Stock replacement ball joints. Stock tie-rods but can reinforce with ½ rebar, or sleeved with ¾ pipe

    20. Rear suspension: you may chain the rear suspension for height, no larger 3/8 chain. You may run homemade pipe. Rear shocks must bolt into the factory location and not be used to re-enforce the car in any way. You may swap out airbags for coil springs, leaf spring cars with no more than 7 leaf’s per side factory stagger, and 4 spring clamps per side.

    21. Rear trunk and quarters, you may tuck the trunk at a 90. Trunk lid may be welded with 3 3x3 1/4 steel on side seams and 4 across the lid to speaker deck for a total of 10 spots. If not welded, you can wire or chain in 3 spots per side. A 10X10 inspection hole must be cut and allowed 8 3/8 nut and bolts with 1-inch washers to bolt hole together.

    22. Creasing is allowed but only from the rear pillar back. Quarter panels must remain vertical no wedges allowed

    23. Headers will be allowed

    24. Any rear allowed, You may weld perches or mounts to make it fit. Absolutely no braces or axle savers allowed. Pinion brake allowed, slider drive shaft allowed, 98 up Ford/Mercury/Lincoln may use watts kit but control arms must be stock style. Trailing arms can be modified for length with a 2in overlap, no home-made trailing arms

    25. Motor swaps allowed – Factory style only, HD mounts allowed, no solid mounts.

    26. Lower engine cradle allowed with a front plate. No mid plate no halo no distributor protector. Pulley protector allowed but sway bar must be removed, Engine mounting system for 03 and newer Ford Lincoln and mercury allowed, Smith metal works, gray area, and Catskill fab style or similar allowed. In no way may any it be welded to the factory frame rails.

    27. No excessive mounts (max 8 inches of weld per mount)

    28. No added steel.

    29. No full cradles, no transmission braces

    30. 30. Factory trans mount and cross-member or a 2inX2in ¼ square stock crossmember. This must be straight not curved or angled in any way. A piece of 2inX2in 1/8 6 inches long can be welded to frame to attach the square stock to. Crossmember can only attach in 2 spots total.

    31. A 4-point cage, halo bar and gas tank protector will be allowed but not required – for driver protection only! Anything in excess will be forced to cut or loaded at judge’s discretion.

    32. Cage bars can be no larger the 4x4 1/4 wall square or round stock or 6 by 1/4 channel steel. Side bars may not exceed 60” long and cannot extend past where the kick panel meets the floor. Dash bar must be 5 inches away from firewall and transmission tunnel. Gas tank protector can be no wider than 24” and longer than 32” and must be 4” away from floor. Tank protector can be tight to the package tray

    33. Body mounts may be changed out but must retain a 1-inch space you can use the factory mount or Rubber hockey puck no solid metal mounts. Bolt may be 5/8 no longer the 6” with up to a 3X3 1/4 washer inside the frame and inside the body, mounts must be free floating do not weld in place. Core support mount can be 3 stacked rubber hockey pucks or 2’’x2’’ ¼ pipe 6 inches long with a 5/8 by 6” bolt and 3x3 1/4 washer. Core support mounting location cannot be altered or moved. May not cut frame past the front of the core support mount. Bolts may not pass through the hood.

    34. Hood can be held down in 6 spots with any of these options. 2x2 1/4 3-inch-long angle iron welded to the hood and fender, 3 strands per hole 9 wire or chain. 2 hood holes for headers can be bolted together in 8 spots with 3/8 nut and bolt and 1-inch washers.

    35. Front and rear window. Allowed 1 bar in front window for safety 3x1/4 flat stock welded or bolted to the roof and cowl area. The rear window allowed 1 chain 5/16 bolted to the roof in 2 spots and the trunk in 2 spots or 9 wire no more than 3 strands twisted together.

    36. Wheel openings maybe be bolted in 4 spots with 3/8 nut and bolt 1-inch washers

    37. Front and rear bumper maybe no higher than 22 inches from ground to bottom of bumper, rear bumper cannot be lower then 15 inches from ground to bottom of bumper.

    38. You cannot cut the frame and tilt it

    39. DO NOT WELD…IF IT DID NOT COME OFF THE FACTORY FLOOR DO NOT DO IT.

  • 1. Any Truck, van SUV, or minivan up to and including 3⁄4 ton chassis. NO COMMERCIAL OR 1 TON FRAMES will be allowed. NO 4WD Or AWD. Max 8 lug axles and spindles. If you have any questions on truck, please ask. 

    2. NO WELDING. Two wires or chains per door. Two wire hold-downs for the hood. Two wire hold-downs for trunks. No additional material may be added 

    3. Move the battery to the passenger side floorboard or front seat area bolted to the floor in a secured box NO zip screws will be accepted. Ratchet straps tightened in the seat will be allowed. 

    4. Move the gas tank. (make sure its secure, with no zip Screws ) 

    5. FACTORY shifter. or simply threaded rod or aftermarket allowed.

    6. ANY AIR-FILLED TIRE WITH NO SOLIDS AND NO SOLID WHEEL CENTERS, MAY RUN A SMALL MULTI-LUG WHEEL CENTER.

    7. No aftermarket parts... A transmission cooler (fan or ice) will be allowed and must be secured.

    8. Stock pedals or aftermarket brake and gas pedals are allowed.

    9. Any OEM car bumper can be used or a 4x4 1/4 wall square tube must be capped with a 2-inch inspection hole in each end. You will be allowed (2) 6-inch plates to hold your bumper on ONLY, bumper can be welded on, FRONT AND REAR bumper must have 9-wire or chain in two locations thru sheet metal (core support or hood) to hold them on. IT may go to the frame but must go thru an existing hole or a factory bolt. DO NOT WELD the chain to the frames. Chains must be no bigger than 5/16 and no more than 3 strands of 9 wire. 

    10. No suspension modifications.

    11. No body creasing.

    12. No tucking, wedging, or folding of bedside will be allowed.

    13. No added bumper shocks.

    14. Headers will be allowed.

    15. You can weld your rear center to make it posi.

    16. Motor swaps allowed – weld the factory mounts in and that is it.

    17. No excessive mounts (max 8 inches of weld per mount).

    18. No added steel.

    19. No cradles.

    20. Factory trans mount and cross-member.

    21. A 4-point cage will be allowed – for driver protection only! Anything in excess will be forced to be cut or loaded at the judge’s discretion. 

    22. You may bolt the bed to the cab in 3 spots with bolts or threaded rods no larger than 5/8’s with a washer no more than 3 inch X 3 inch.

    23. DO NOT WELD...IF IT DID NOT COME OFF THE FACTORY FLOOR DO NOT DO IT.
